CANCEL OR CHANGE AN ORDER
If you need to cancel or modify an order, please call Tan Towel International on +17023604879. Leave a message if you call after business hours. To cancel an order we need your order number and last name. We will make every attempt to cancel or change your order if it has not already been shipped - we will place the order on hold, then call you to confirm your cancellation.
If for some reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you have 90 days from the date of purchase to make the return. A refund to the original payment method used will be issued once the product has been returned and received. HauteBronze is not responsible for shipping or delivery charges for any returned/exchanged products and they will not be part of your refund.
Depending on your selected shipping method and location - shipping Ground may take between 5-7 business days for transit upon processing. Orders must be placed before 12:00 PM (PST) in order to be processed that same day. All orders after 12:00 pm (PST) will be processed the following business day. The day your order is processed does NOT count as a transit day.

If you leave us your e-mail address at checkout, tracking information will be sent to you. Online order tracking is available through FedEx only. For tracking FedEx shipments, please click here. You will be re-directed to the actual shipping carrier websites. Regarding other shipments, you may also call us at TBC.
For your convenience we accept the following major credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. We also now accept PayPal payments, to use this method select the "checkout with PayPal" button. All online payments made via credit card are processed with Authorize.net for your security.
Orders submitted using payments made with a Business or Personal Check are listed as "Order Received". Customers must mail check payment in the exact amount of the order to: HauteBronze, 2667 West Cheyenne Avenue, North Las Vegas, NV 89032. Once payment is received and cleared orders are then shipped to the address listed on the received order information.
FedEx, or USPS are the only shipping methods HauteBronze offers. Options can be viewed during the checkout process.USPS, (The United States Postal Service) does not provide tracking information, and they do not guarantee delivery time. By choosing USPS as your shipping provider, you as the customer assume full responsibility for your shipment once it leaves our facility. HauteBronze will not refund, reimburse or resend packages that are lost or damaged. The customer must file any disputes and/or claims directly with the United States Postal Service.

Shipping charges vary by weight and destination. To find exact shipping costs for you, a shipping calculator is available as soon as an item is placed in your shopping cart, and you begin checkout. Just enter your ZIP Code in the field provided, and shipping charges will automatically be displayed for you.
We ship internationally – however, at this time we only accept international orders placed with payment from a United States issued debit or credit card, unless you pay through PayPal Express Checkout. Orders shipped outside the U.S. may be subject to customs inspections and/or fees according to the regulations of the destination country. HauteBronze is not responsible for these actions or any reimbursement of customs fees or taxes.
